He graduated Kazakh Humanities and Law University with a degree in Law (2004), Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in Accounting and Audit (2006).
He started his labour activity in 2004 as a specialist of the Prosecutor's Office of South Kazakhstan region.
From 2005 till 2020 worked as assistant prosecutor of Saryagash and Enbekshinsk districts of Shymkent city of Prosecutor South Kazakhstan Region Office, assistant prosecutor of Taldykorgan city of Prosecutor Almaty Region Office, prosecutor of Department on supervision over legality in activity of state bodies of Prosecutor Almaty Region Office, senior assistant Prosecutor of Almaty region, assistant of General Prosecutor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of Staff of Prosecutor Astana city Office, General Director of “First Wind Power Station” LLP of “Samruk-Energy” JSC, Senior Assistant Prosecutor of Pavlodar region, Head of the State Legal Department of the South Kazakhstan Oblast Akimat, Head of the Natural Resources and Regulation of Nature Management Department of the South Kazakhstan Oblast Akimat, later Turkestan Oblast.
From 2019 to 2020 - Advisor to the Minister of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2020 to 2022 - Head of the Department of Ecology of Pavlodar region of the Environmental Regulation and Control Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2022 to 2024 - Head of Administrative Work Department of JSC “NC “KazMunayGas”.
From January 2024 by the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC “Embamunaigas” appointed Deputy General Director for Commercial Affairs.
