In 1998 graduated from the petrochemical faculty of the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh.Yessenov with the qualification “Mining Engineer”. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree “International Oil and Gas Business” under the programme of additional education of MGIMO in Moscow.
He started his career in 1999 as a control panel operator at Kazakhturkmunai LLP, where he worked as a foreman, oil production engineer, deputy head of the department for government relations and technical analysis, head of the department for production development.
2016 - 2020 – Deputy General Director for Production, General Director of Kazakhoil Aktobe LLP.
2020 - 2022 – Head of Oil and Gas Production Department of JSC NC KazMunayGas.
2022 - July 2024 – First Deputy General Director, General Director of JV KazGermunai LLP.
Awarded the medal “Munai-gas keshenin damytuga koskan uleshi ushin” of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
