Graduated from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after Lenin, specialising in "Automated Control Systems", qualification "System Mechanical Engineer" (1987). Kazakh State Law University named after M. Narikbayev, specialisation "Business Administration", qualification "Master of Business and Management".
She started her labour activity as a laboratory assistant of chemical laboratory at Kalamkas site of Mangyshlak gas production department (1980). In the following years she worked as a compressor shop operator, sales engineer, economist of the Gas Production and Processing Department of the Kazakh Gas Processing Plant; engineer, leading engineer, leading specialist of the Personnel Policy and Social Development Department of PF "Ozenmunaigas".
From 2005 to 2013. - Engineer of the Drilling and Overhaul Department, Engineer, Senior Engineer of the Human Resources Management Department, Deputy Head, Head of the Human Resources Management Department of Embamunaigas.
2013-2022 - Director of the Personnel Management and Development Department of JSC Embamunaigas.
Since 12 September 2022 - Deputy General Director for Human Resources and Social Affairs.
She was awarded a commemorative sign "100 years of Dossor field development", a breastplate "Prorva munayyina 50 - zhyl", a jubilee medal of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan "95 years of Embamunaigas JSC", a KAZENERGY medal, a jubilee medal for the 100th anniversary of Embamunaigas JSC.
