Graduated from Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, Almaty Law Academy, specialising in "Jurisprudence", "International Law, Foreign Economic Activity" (2009), Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University, specialising in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship (MBI).
He started his career in 2010 as a manager of the Projects Department of Tsesna Corporation JSC. Then he worked as a manager of the Projects Department of Munai Ecology Company LLP, Director of BSG TECHNOLOGY LLC, Deputy Director of the Marine and Coastal Infrastructure Department of NC KazMunayGas JSC, Director of branches in Karaganda and Pavlodar regions, Astana, Deputy General Director of KazMunayGasOnimderi LLP, First Deputy General Director of KazMunayGas AERO LLP.
From March 2021 to September 2022, he was Director of the Department of Planning and Organisation of Procurement of JSC Embamunaigas.
Since 12 September 2022 - Deputy General Director for Commercial Affairs.
Awarded departmental medals of ANPZ LLP and KazMunaiGazӨnimderi LLP, jubilee medal for the 100th anniversary of Embamunaigas JSC.
