Graduated from the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas with a degree in "Oil and Gas Geology" (2006).

He began his career in 2005 as a well research operator at the S. Balgimbaev and Kamysty Oil and Gas Production Facilities (OGPF) under the "Zhaiyqmunaigas" Oil and Gas Production Department (OGPD).

• From 2006 to 2007, he worked as a temporary geologist at the S. Balgimbaev, Kamysty, and Zaburyn OGPFs of the "Zhaiyqmunaigas" OGPD.
• From 2007 to 2009 – Engineer-geologist at “Matin” JV LLP.
• From 2009 to 2014 – Lead geologist at “Pricaspian Petroleum Company” LLP.
• From 2014 to 2015 – Senior engineer-geologist at “KMG EP Exploration Assets” LLP in Atyrau and engineer in the Oil Exploration and Field Geology Department of “KazMunayGas Exploration & Production” JSC in Astana.
• From 2015 to 2022 – Held various positions at “Embimunaigas” JSC including:
• First-category geologist in the Department for New Subsoil Use Projects,
• Senior geologist of the Geology Department,
• Head of the Geology Department,
• Head of Geological Exploration Operations.
• As of September 12, 2022, he served as Director of the Geology and Exploration Department at “Embimunaigas” JSC.

On May 16, 2025, in accordance with the order of the General Director (Chairman of the Management Board) and the decision of the Board of Directors, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Geology and Development and elected as a member of the Management Board of “Embimunaigas” JSC.
