2025 Year-End Results: Best Employees Named
JSC Embamunaigas (hereinafter – the Company or EMG) held a solemn ceremony dedicated to summarizing the results of 2025 and honoring outstanding employees.
The event, which brought together management, representatives of all production structural units, and Company partners, served as a vivid testament to the recognition of high professionalism, years of diligent work, and the significant personal contribution of employees to the common cause.
In his welcoming speech, Rinat Izmukhambet, General Director of JSC Embamunaigas, noted that the passing year was a period of significant achievements and steady growth.
"We are successfully concluding 2025, consistently over-fulfilling planned production and financial targets. These results are a direct consequence of the coordinated efforts and the highest professionalism of the entire team. I would like to express special gratitude to our best specialists, whose dedicated work serves as an example for all employees. Our collective success was made possible thanks to cohesion, unity, and devotion to common goals," emphasized Rinat Izmukhambet.
This year, winners were determined in eight categories, with 14 individuals receiving well-deserved awards. Among them were representatives of key oil and gas industry professions: power engineers, operators, a chemical engineer, and many others. They were presented with diplomas, special statuettes, and valuable gifts.
Furthermore, the results of the "Best Dormitory" competition were announced during the ceremony. Based on the 2025 results, first place was awarded to the dormitory of the Beregen Zholamanov field (OGPD "Kainarmunaigas"). Second place went to the dormitory of the Kisymbay field (OGPD "Zhylyoymunaigas"), and third place was awarded to the dormitory of the Zhanatalap field (OGPD "Zhaiykmunaigas").

"Embamunaigas" JSC is a subsidiary of "KazMunayGas" National Company JSC. The official history of "Embamunaigas" JSC dates to 1922 — from the creation of the "Embaneft" trust to develop the Dossor and Makat fields. The main activities of the company include geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields, extraction of oil and gas, and preparation of oil and gas.
"Embamunaigas" JSC includes 6 production structural divisions located in Atyrau city and 4 districts of Atyrau Region: "Zhaiykmunaigas", "Dossormunaigas", "Kainarmunaigas", "Zhyloimunaigas", the management of "Embamunaienergo", and the "Production and Technical Service and Equipment Supply Department" (PTSD and ES). The company supplies extracted oil for both exports and the domestic market. Domestically, oil is delivered to oil refineries of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For export, oil is transported via two main routes: through the pipelines of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS). The sale of commercial gas is carried out through the national operator of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of gas and gas supply — "QazaqGaz" NC JSC.
