The Best in Profession Were Determined at "Embamuanaigaz" JSC
A long-standing labor tradition, contributing to the development of skills and improving the qualifications of oil and gas workers, is the professional skill competition "The Best in Profession" at "Embamuanaigaz" JSC. This year, the II round of the competition gathered 15 participants at the NGDV "Zhaikmunaygaz" training ground, who demonstrated their high level in 15 specialties. Symbolically, the competition was held among blue-collar professions, emphasizing the importance of qualified labor and the contribution of production specialists to the economy.
The first stage of the competitive selection took place in the production structural divisions. The best contestants reached the II round, where they had the opportunity to demonstrate their theoretical knowledge and practical skills at a high level.
"The success of Embamuanaigaz directly depends on the qualification and professionalism of our personnel. By regularly organizing the 'Best in Profession' competition, we are looking for the best specialists, and even more so, we are developing them. Each participant makes maximum efforts in the competitive selection process, thereby achieving the highest bar in their work. The result is an increase in labor productivity, safety levels, and production efficiency - this is our main goal," said Rinat Izmukhanbet, General Director of "Embamuanaigaz" JSC.
The competition not only identifies leading specialists but also contributes to raising the prestige of working professions, especially among young people. This year, there is an increase in the number of young specialists participating in the competition, which instills hope for a stable future for the company.
Winners and prize-winners of the competition, in addition to prestigious diplomas, prizes, and commemorative gifts, receive remuneration in the form of annual bonuses to their salaries.
