JSC Embamunaigas (hereinafter - EMG or Company) announced the names of the winners of the annual creative corporate competition “Mereyli munaishy” organised by the women's club “Munaishy kyz”.
The competition was held under the 125th anniversary of Kazakhstan oil.
One of the nominations “Tarikhtan syr shertu” was dedicated to the significant date, the purpose of which was to strengthen the corporate spirit, unity of the team on the basis of the life example of veterans of Kazakhstan oil, strengthening the link between generations and respectful attitude to the labour of oil workers. The participants showed dramatisations of significant events from the 125-year history of Kazakhstani oil.
The second nomination – “Onerli orta” provided for a group performance of Kurmangazy and Makhambet's cues, as well as terme from the works of Makhambet and Murat Monkeuly.
- This year the contest “Mereyli munaishy” was held for the fourth time. Every year the quality of creative works of the participants increases, which testifies not only to the responsible attitude of our employees, but also to their all-round development. In the next, jubilee year we expect even better creative ideas from Embinsk residents,” said Rysty Tasmagambetova, Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of JSC Embamunaigas and Chairman of the Women's Club “Munayshy Kyz”.
By the decision of the jury, which included cultural figures in addition to EMG representatives, in the nomination “Tarikhtan cheese shertu” the first place was awarded to the creative work of “Kainarmunaigas” OGPD, the second place – to “Embamunaenergo” Department, the third place – to “Zhaikmunaigas” OGPD.
In the nomination “Onerli orta”: I place – “Dossormunaigas” OGPD, II place -Central Administration Office, III place – “Zhaikmunaigas OGPD.

JSC Embamunaigas is a subsidiary of JSC National Company KazMunayGas. The official history of JSC Embamunaigas dates back to 1922, when the Embaneft Trust was established to develop the Dossor and Makat fields. The main activities of the company: geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields; oil and gas production; oil and gas treatment. Embamunaigas JSC includes 6 production structural subdivisions in Atyrau city and 4 districts of Atyrau region: “Zhaiykmunaigas”, “Dossormunaigas”, “Kainarmunaigas”, “Zhylyoymunaigas”, “Embamunaigas” management and “Production and Technical Maintenance and Equipment Completion Department” (PTM&E). The Company supplies oil produced for export and the domestic market. Crude oil is delivered to refineries in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the domestic market. Oil is exported via two main routes: the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS) pipelines. Marketable gas is sold through the national operator of Kazakhstan in the field of gas and gas supply - JSC NC Qazaq Gaz. From 2012 to 2023, JSC Embamunaigas allocated 1 trillion 608 billion 835 million KZT for tax payments to the National Fund, republican and local budgets, and 6 billion 437 million KZT for social development of the region.
