Graduated from Astrakhan State Technical University with a degree in Law (2010); Atyrau Oil and Gas University named after S.Utebayev with a degree in Oil and Gas Business (2017).
He started his career in 2010 as a lawyer in “Baigal” LLP.
From 2011 to 2014 worked as a Court Secretary of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of the Atyrau region and Atyrau City Court No. 2; as a Chief Specialist of the Tax Department of the Atyrau city.
Since 2014 – Corporate Secretary of Embamunaigas JSC.
