Embamunaigas JSC summarized the results of the "I am an Embinian" contest

JSC "Embamunaigas" (hereinafter EMG or the Company) summarized the results and determined the winners of the annual corporate contest "I am an Embinian!" among the employees of the management apparatus and production structural subdivisions of the Company.

The peculiarity of the current contest was that its theme was dedicated to the history of Emba. The contest consisted of three nominations: "The Story of One Photo", "A Valuable Document - Evidence of History" and "Forgotten Names".

"The theme of historical heritage and generational continuity will always be relevant for Embamunaigas, which celebrated its centennial anniversary last year. After all, how much remains unexplored and unexplored.  I express my gratitude to all colleagues who took part in the contest," said Mr. Arman Kenzhehoruly, Chief of Staff of Embamunaigas JSC.  

The jury received 10 entries, 4 of which did not meet the conditions of the contest.  Two winners were selected from the 6 remaining ones. Newspaper photo material about oilman Aizharyk Eseiuly, who worked in "Zhaiykmunaigas" and "Kulsaryneft" departments, submitted by Emba veteran Osila Dosmagulova was named the best in the nomination "The Story of One Photo". An informative material about one of the first oilmen of Emba, Hamit Kulchikov, authored by Zharas Khamit, head of the MTS department of NGDU Zhylyoiimunaigas, won in the nomination "Forgotten Names". No winner was determined in the nomination "Valuable Document - Evidence of History".

The jury also recognized: The team of CDNG "Teren-Ozek" NGDU "Zhylyoiymunaigas"-for a selection of archival photos telling about the history of the shop; veteran AkkerikKarabalina- for the material about Telman Musin, who worked at the Prorva field; Aishat Ergalieva, a leading specialist of the HR and Remuneration Department of NGDU Kainarmunaigas, for a selection of historical photos about the UAZ field; and Kanat Nurmashev, head of the Teren-Ozek oil and gas production shop, for a series of drawings relating to the history of the Kulsaryneft department.

Winners and contestants were honored with gift certificates.

JSC Embamunaigas is a subsidiary of JSC National Company KazMunaiGas. The official history of JSC Embamunaigas dates back to 1922, when the Embaneft Trust was established to develop the Dossor and Makat fields.
