Embamunaigas JSC has a new general director
By decision of the Board of Directors of Embamunaigas JSC Sabit Arynov was appointed General Director (Chairman of the Management Board) of Embamunaigas JSC (hereinafter EMG). Dauletzhan Khasanov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC KazMunayGas, presented the new manager to the EMG team.
Sabit Arynov was born in 1977. He graduated from the K. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University with a degree in Technology and Techniques of Mineral Deposit Exploration (1999). He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nazarbayev University.
He began his career in 1999 as a mechanic for repairing process units at the Atyrau oil pumping station. He then worked as a mechanical engineer for the Atyrau Oil Pipeline Department.
In 2000-2002 he was an engineer of the service of operation of equipment and main pipelines of the Atyrau water treatment and supply department.
From 2002 to 2005, he worked as an oil pipeline operation engineer, central dispatcher, engineer and diagnostics engineer, deputy head of the oil pipeline operation department of the Western branch of "KazTransOil" JSC.
In 2005-2007, he was the head of the service for the operation of main pipelines and was the chief engineer of the Urals Oil Pipeline Directorate.
From 2007 to 2008 - General Director of "Terminalex" LLP. From 2008 to 2009 - Chief Engineer of the Mangistau Oil Pipeline Department of the Western Branch of "KazTransOil" JSC; from 2009 to 2017 - Director of the Operations Department of "KazTransOil" JSC, Head of the Western Branch of "KazTransOil" JSC. Since 2018 - Deputy General Director of "KazTransOil" JSC.
Since March 2023 - General Director (Chairman of the Board) of Embamunaigas JSC.

JSC Embamunaigas is a subsidiary of JSC National Company KazMunayGas. The official history of Embamunaigas JSC dates back to 1922 when the Embaneft Trust was established to develop the Dossor and Makat fields. The main activities of the company are: geological exploration, oil and gas field development; oil and gas production; oil and gas treatment. JSC Embamunaigas includes 6 production subdivisions in Atyrau city and 4 districts of Atyrau region: "Zhaikmunaigas, Dossormunaigas, Kainarmunaigas, Zhylyoymunaigas, Embamunaigas management, and Production and Technical Services and Equipment Completion Department (PTC & CO). The Company delivers its crude oil to export and domestic markets. Domestically, oil is supplied to refineries in Kazakhstan. Oil is exported through two main routes: the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS) pipelines. Sales of marketable gas are carried out through the national operator of Kazakhstan in the field of gas and gas supply - JSC "NC "Qazaq Gaz".
