“Embamunaigas” JSC oil workers are historically famous for their hard work, strong labor dynasties and creative talents. The "Days of culture" (hereinafter referred to as the program), organized by the Department of social policy and infrastructure management of “Embamunaigas” JSC (hereinafter referred to as EMG or Company) in November-December 2019, has allowed labor collectives to express themselves through art and to get closer labor collectives.
- For the first time in oil industry of Emba, events are held in which employees demonstrate not professional skills, but talents in a variety of creative genres. We have once again seen that the Company employs real nuggets who work in the oil industry and behave on stage like professional artists. It is important that the team work on the concert program brought together the teams of our oil and gas production and service divisions. We observed this unity and high level of creative skill today during the final event, - said the Chairman of the Board of EMG Zhaksybekov Anuar during the final concert event, which took place within the framework of the celebration of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the building of Kurmangazy Culture Centre.
The first event within the Program was held at the home of the first oil developments at Emba - in the oil and gas management Dossormunaigas and continued in all the company's production departments and management apparatus. In total, more than 200 EMG employees of various specialties took part in the events. During the concert events, oil workers demonstrated their performing skills in singing and dancing, playing national instruments, acting, etc. exhibitions were organized with the history of each division, products performed by masters of national art, etc.
The Grand prize for the concert program has awarded oil and gas management "Zhylyoimunaigas", first place was shared oil and gas management "Zhayikmunaigas", Control of “Embamunaienergo” and Control production and technical maintenance and complete equipment, second place – oil and gas management "Kainarmunaigas" and "Dossormunaigas", third place – for the management staff of JSC "Embamunaigas".

“Embamunaygas” JSC is affiliated company of “KazMunayGas Exploration Production” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” Trust for development of the Dossor and Makat fields. The main company profiles are exploration, development of oil and gas fields; oil and gas production; oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of six operational structural units in Atyrau and four regional units in Atyrau Oblast: “Zhaiykmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company, and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and domestic market. For the domestic market, oil is supplied to the oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Oil is exported via two main routes: through the pipelines of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS). Sales gas is marketed through the gas and gas supply national operator of the RoK – “KazTransGas” JSC. Starting October 1, 2012 to 2019, Embamunaygas JSC sent over 1 trillion tenge for the payment of taxes to the republican and local budgets, more than 4.3 billion tenge was allocated for the development of regional infrastructure. “Embamunaygas” JSC operates in compliance with international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001.
