“Embamunaigas” JSC (hereinafter referred to as EMG or the Company), at the initiative of the Department of social policy and management of infrastructure facilities, held a series of cultural and sports events in the framework of the "Leisure of oil workers" program.

All leisure activities were conducted on a voluntary basis, after the end of the working day, in the period from 20.30 to 22.30 hours.

- The purpose of the program organization is to ensure effective use of free, off-duty time of employees of production departments working on a shift basis and living in shift dormitories, to promote a healthy lifestyle and strengthen corporate communications. During all the events held, we saw full halls of spectators who warmly supported their colleagues. Someone first learned about the creative abilities of their colleagues, which increased their authority in the team and had a positive impact on the atmosphere in the teams, - said the Director of the Department of social policy and infrastructure management of EMG Shayakhmetov Biboz.

Under the program, in September 2019 competitions in chess, table tennis, billiards and darts were in the fields: "Balgimbaev" oil and gas management "Zhayikmunaigas", "East Makat" "Dossormunaigas", and "Kenbai" oil and gas management "Kainarmunaigas" and in the shift camp "Caspian Samaly" Oil and gas management "Zhylyoimunaigas". On September 26, a competition for performing arts on musical instruments (dombra, the instrument accordion, guitar), vocals and artistic reading was organized among the workers living in the dormitory of the shift settlement of oil and gas management "Kainarmunaygas". The competition was attended by 11 people who demonstrated their skills in various genres.

At the end of each event, employees of production departments expressed their gratitude to the company's management for supporting a new initiative aimed at strengthening corporate communications and creating a favorable atmosphere in the workforce.
