Anuar Zhaksybekov, Chairman Of the Board of Embamunaigas JSC (hereinafter referred to as EMG or Company), met with the heads of trade union committees of production departments and management staff.
The main topics of the meeting were acquaintance with the newly elected trade union leaders of individual divisions, discussion of the results of the outgoing year and plans for joint work in 2020.
- As you know, in recent years, the joint efforts of top management, staff and trade union organizations of the Company have achieved significant success. From 2015 to 2019, annual production increased by 80 thousand tons. This year, we celebrated the 120th anniversary of Kazakhstan's oil and gas industry, a significant increase in hydrocarbon reserves was provided, and large-scale seismic exploration work was completed at the Taysoygan unit. The amount of taxes paid to the budget of the country and the region since 2012 has exceeded one trillion tenge. On a volunteer basis, Emba oil workers provided housing for 21 Kazakh families, gave support to the victims in Arys and gave the joy of the new year holiday to more than 200 children from socially vulnerable strata of Atyrau and Atyrau region. I am sure that by joint efforts, in constructive cooperation with trade unions, we will achieve further success in the development of the oil Emba, - said in his welcoming speech A. Zhaksybekov.
During the meeting with the leaders, they discussed issues of further development of cooperation between the trade union organizations with employer and employees, further improvement of business processes for providing workers with workwear, work of social facilities on the basis of production facilities, issues of medical insurance, etc.

“Embamunaygas” JSC is affiliated company of “KazMunayGas Exploration Production” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” Trust for development of the Dossor and Makat fields. The main company profiles are exploration, development of oil and gas fields; oil and gas production; oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of six operational structural units in Atyrau and four regional units in Atyrau Oblast: “Zhaiykmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company, and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and domestic market. For the domestic market, oil is supplied to the oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Oil is exported via two main routes: through the pipelines of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS). Sales gas is marketed through the gas and gas supply national operator of the RoK – “KazTransGas” JSC.
Starting October 1, 2012 to 11 months of 2019, Embamunaygas JSC sent over 1 trillion 041 billion tenge for the payment of taxes to the republican and local budgets, more than 4.3 billion tenge was allocated for the development of regional infrastructure.
