On December 5, the annual forum of employees of the personnel management and remuneration unit of Embamunaigas JSC (hereinafter EMG or Company) was held in the conference hall of the BELUGA hotel.
- Guided by the adopted concept of development of Embamunaigas JSC until 2027 (hereinafter the Concept), the Company is carrying out a large-scale work to ensure further stable and long-term development. And undoubtedly, the leading role in the implementation of all projects within the framework of the Concept is assigned to our HR Department which effectively solves the tasks of developing our strategic resource – the company's personnel, said the Chairman of the Board of EMG Anuar ZHAKSYBEKOV in his welcoming speech.
During the forum, presentations were made by the heads of personnel services of all 6 production departments of the Company.
- At the end of each year, the Emba HR specialists come together to discuss the results of the work for the outgoing year and outline plans for the future within the framework of the consistent implementation of personnel policy based on the strategic plans and goals of EMG. We appreciate employees who are motivated for results and seeking to acquire new knowledge, creating equal conditions for career growth and forming a culture of relationships between employees based on mutual respect and trust, said the Director of the Department of personnel management and remuneration of EMG Gulbanu SHARAFETDINOVA during the event.
As part of the presentation of the consolidated report, Mrs. Sharafetdinova acquainted the audience with the results of the HR Department in all areas of the Functional strategy of personnel development, approved within the framework of the Concept.
Summarizing the speeches of the heads of all personnel services, A. Zhaksybekov thanked everyone for the work done, noting the achievements of individual departments and stressing the need to constantly improve the efficiency of the HR Department in a rapidly developing world and high competition from other oil companies.
The continuation of the HR forum was the training called "DISC behavioral styles", conducted by the coach of the EY Academy Natalia Rashitova, during which the participants got acquainted with the DISC tool, learned to understand the key characteristics of each behavioral style, the behavior of others, their own style of behavior and communication, as well as on the basis of the DISC calculation they developed recommendations to improve personal efficiency and improve the quality of both individual and team works.

“Embamunaygas” JSC is affiliated company of “KazMunayGas Exploration Production” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” Trust for development of the Dossor and Makat fields. The main company profiles are exploration, development of oil and gas fields; oil and gas production; oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of six operational structural units in Atyrau and four regional units in Atyrau Oblast: “Zhaiykmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company, and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and domestic market. For the domestic market, oil is supplied to the oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Oil is exported via two main routes: through the pipelines of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS). Sales gas is marketed through the gas and gas supply national operator of the RoK – “KazTransGas” JSC.
Starting October 1, 2012 to 11 months of 2019, Embamunaygas JSC sent over 1 trillion 041 billion tenge for the payment of taxes to the republican and local budgets, more than 4.3 billion tenge was allocated for the development of regional infrastructure.
