Effective communication – key to success!
Forum on “Internal communications – effective connection” was held in “Embamunaygas” JSC organized by the Public Relations department of the Company in order to strengthen internal link between new employees and specialists who work in the company for a long time. 23 employees have attended the Forum, 11 out of them – new Company employees, and 12 are experienced specialists who have worked in the company for several years.
- Successful work of each company is closely linked with internal communication. This is one of effective ways allowing to build company’s policy and strengthen the team spirit, - said during discussion with Emba oil people, Baglan Kaldarbekov, a speaker arrived from the capital.
At the dialogue platform aimed at formation and development of internal communication in the staff, a number of interesting formats, game and exercises were presented in the form of small lectures, group exercises and discussions, reflections, etc. During the event, speaker told the participants that establishing “feedback” is the key to success as productive and open dialogue between employees can unite the staff and favorably influence the teamwork.
At the end of the forum, participants were awarded with special certificates.

“Embamunaygas” JSC is affiliated company of “KazMunayGas Exploration Production” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” Trust for development of the Dossor and Makat fields. The main company profiles are exploration, development of oil and gas fields; oil and gas production; oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of six operational structural units in Atyrau and four regional units in Atyrau Oblast: “Zhaiykmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company, and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and domestic market. For the domestic market, oil is supplied to the oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Oil is exported via two main routes: through the pipelines of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS). Sales gas is marketed through the gas and gas supply national operator of the RoK – “KazTransGas” JSC.
Starting October 1, 2012 to 2018, Embamunaygas JSC sent over 897 billion tenge for the payment of taxes to the republican and local budgets, more than 4.3 billion tenge was allocated for the development of regional infrastructure.
