Embamunaygas JSC summed up the results of the annual review competition for the best management of occupational, industrial and fire safety among the operational structural units of Company (hereinafter OSU) for 2018.

This year, the final event was held in the Dossor village, based on OGMD "Dossormunaygaz." By tradition, it was attended by the management of Company and OSU, employees of Protection of labor and Environment department (hereinafter – HSE) of the administration personnel and HSE departments from all OSU. Chairman of the Board of Embamunaygas JSC ZHASSYBEKOV A.E. in his welcoming speech to the participants of the general meeting reminded that the priority value of Company is to ensure the safety of life and health of employees.

- In 2018, due to your work, zero death and accidents performance were achieved. A lot has been done and currently Company meets all the requirements of the Regulations. But we need to move forward, work ahead of the curve and implement new approaches that are used in international companies, – noted the head of EMG.

Following the results of 2018, the Embamunayenergo Department became the leader among the 6 OSU of Company in terms of the number of safe days, and worked 1,209 days incident free. During the awards ceremony, the winners - the management team represented by Manager - Tulegenov Zhanibekbai Satybaldievich were awarded a Certificate, a commemorative cup and a cash prize of 1,000,000 (one million) tenge.

“Embamunaygas” JSC is affiliated company of “KazMunayGas Exploration Production” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” Trust for development of the Dossor and Makat fields. The main company profiles are exploration, development of oil and gas fields; oil and gas production; oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of six operational structural units in Atyrau and four regional units in Atyrau Oblast: “Zhaiykmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company, and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and domestic market. For the domestic market, oil is supplied to the oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Oil is exported via two main routes: through the pipelines of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS). Sales gas is marketed through the gas and gas supply national operator of the RoK – “KazTransGas” JSC. 

Starting October 1, 2012 to 2018, Embamunaygas JSC sent over 897 billion tenge for the payment of taxes to the republican and local budgets, more than 4.3 billion tenge was allocated for the development of regional infrastructure.
