Business delegation of the North Kazakhstan Oblast visited “Embamunaygas” JSC
During the visit to Atyrau Oblast, a business delegation from Northern Kazakhstan (further NKO) visited “Embamunaygas” JSC (further EMG or Company), where they met with representatives of the Company’s top management.
The delegation included Head of the NKO Industrial-Innovative Development Department Arman Orazgulov, Deputy Director of the NKO Chamber of Entrepreneurs Marat Iskakov, representatives of SEC “Soltustik” and heads of plant named after S.M. Kirov, PZTM, ZMO and “Block”. The delegation was headed by NKO Deputy Akim Dauren Zhandarbek.
- Development of business community is essential for the economy of our State. In Atyrau, our delegation participated in a meeting of interregional cooperation. In addition, business meetings of plant managers are planned to be held in the large companies of the Oblast.
“Embamunaygas” JSC is our long-time partner for local content development, certification and many other areas. I hope that fruitful cooperation will be continued”, - D. Zhandarbek noted during the meeting.
In turn, Commercial Managing Director of EMG, Ye.T. Chaklikov, noted that “Embamunaygas” JSC is a member of the Samruk-Kazyna NWF JSC group of companies and during procurement process is guided by the Procurement Rules for goods, works and services of this holding.

Suppliers from anywhere in the world can take part in the EMG procurement process. All procurement tender procedures are implemented transparently on the Samruk-Kazyna website at http://zakup.sk.kz/, - Ye. Chaklikov emphasized.
At the end of the meeting, young employees presented gifts to the guests.

“Embamunaygas” JSC is affiliated company of “KazMunayGas Exploration Production” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” Trust for development of the Dossor and Makat fields. The main company profiles are exploration, development of oil and gas fields; oil and gas production; oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of six operational structural units in Atyrau and four regional units in Atyrau Oblast: “Zhaiykmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company, and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and domestic market. For the domestic market, oil is supplied to the oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Oil is exported via two main routes: through the pipelines of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS). Sales gas is marketed through the gas and gas supply national operator of the RoK – “KazTransGas” JSC. From October 1, 2012 to 11 months of 2018, “Embamunaygas” JSC paid over 873.4 billion tenge as taxes to the republican and local budgets; over 4.3 billion tenge were allocated for development of regional infrastructure. “Embamunaygas” JSC operates in compliance with international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001.
