OGPC «Zhaiykmunaygas»

The winners of the 2^nd round of the competition «Uzdik Maman-2018» («The best in the occupation – 2018») are identified in EMG. The 70 (seventy) employees of the Company aspiring for the title of the best in 13 (thirteen) nominations took participation during the competition traditionally taking a place at the base of the oil field after S. Balgimbayev in OGPC «Zhaiykmunaygas».

- During two rounds the best employees of production structural departments of Emba have demonstrated their knowledge and skills in occupation. The difference of competition of this year is that the main part of competition participants consists of the young employees for the first time ever. Three of them are the graduates of dual program of training, which are hired to work in EMG after graduation of educational institution and work experience internship in the base of our oil fields. In such a manner, the Company makes a big contribution into the solution of employment problem among a young generation and solves the actual issue of training of qualified specialists for petroleum industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, - said Anuar ZHAKSYBEKOV, the EMG BoD Chairman at the winners award ceremony.

During the competition the best employees had been identified and recognized as follows:

ІІІ place – the Electricians of ESR «Dossor» of Management «Embamunayenergo» Yerzhan Tukenov and Yermek Zhuban;

Stimulating gift were presented to the Electricians Mirambek Otkelbayev, Serik Berniyazov, Serik Kayrzhanov, Kuanysh Kurbanov, Baurzhan Zhuldambayev and Bektay Dauzhanov.

The winners of the І, ІІ, and ІІІ places were awarded the diploma, money certificates and image-building gifts. The winners of competition awarded a pass to the final round which will be held within «National Company «KazMunayGas» JSC.

In the team evaluation the first place are taken by OGPC “Dossormunaygas”, the second place – OGPC “Kaynarmunaygas” and the third – OGPC «Zhaiykmunaygas».

“Embamunaygas” JSC – affiliated company of the “E&P “KazMunayGas” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 -  since the foundation of “Embaneft” trust to develop Dossor and Makat fields. Main activity of the company: geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields, oil and gas production, oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of 6 operational structural units in Atyrau and 4 regional units in Atyrau oblast: “Zhaikmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and to internal market. In the internal market, oil is supplied to oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Export of oil is conducted via two main routes: along Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS) pipelines. Sales gas sale is performed through the RoK national operator in the sphere of gas and gas supplies – “KazTransGas” JSC. For the last five years, “Embamunaygas” JSC have paid to republican and local budgets around 696 billion of tenge, for sponsorship and charity – 2.3 billions of tenge, for the development of regional infrastructure 2.8 billion of tenge were allocated. “Embamunaygas” JSC performs its activity in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001.
