During the meeting with the Company stuff by the results of 2017 and first quarter of 2018, the outcomes were announced and the winners of the contest “Men – Embilikpin” were awarded (“I’m from Emba”).

- During the contest, the Emba employees have again demonstrated their creative approach and huge love to their profession and staff – said with the words of gratitude the EMG BoD Chairman, Anuar ZHAKSYBEKOV, during the awards ceremony.

First in the history of the Company creative contest has been held from February to 12^th of March 2018. The facilitator – Public Relations Service. The objectives of the contest were to identify creative and distinctive EMG employees, to listen to interesting stories about work routine, and feel the atmosphere of each staff, obtain new proposals and ideas on improvement of production processes, safety and social conditions, etc.

On the 12^th of March, the jury consisted of Company top management, tradeunion reps, departments managers and PR representatives had summed up the outcomes of the contest. 23 creative works in total have been submitted by operational and administrative employees. Works according to contest conditions were presented in different topics: articles, essay, reports, photo reports and video clips.                    

In the nomination “My staff – my pride”:

• І place – workover department staff of OGPC “Kainarmunaygas”;
• ІІ place – COGP reservoir pressure maintenance mechanic of OGPC “Kainarmunaygas” - Assylan ZHOLAYEV;
• 3 place – foreman of the production equipment maintenance and operation department of OGPC “Kainarmunaygas” – Nurken ZHAMALOV.

In nomination “My colleague – excellent person”:

• І place – director of new technologies and techniques department of “Embamunaygas” JSC – Rauan SABIROV;
• ІІ place – operator of reservoir pressure maintenance section of oil production department of Teren-Uzek OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas” – Gulbagit ISPANGALIYEVA.

In nomination “I’m proud of my profession”:

• І place – social issues specialist of 2 category of OGPC “Dossormunaygas” – Zhanat ARYSTANOVA;
• ІІ place – Oil & Gas Martketing Deputy Director – Yelena MAVRESHKO;
• ІІІ place was taken by the trainee student of OGPC “Zhylyomunaygas” – Tursyngul ZHANTLEUOVA.

In addition to the last nomination, the encouraging awards were given to the 1 category economist of the compensation section of HR department of OGPC “Kainarmunaygas” – Nursultan YELEUSSINOV and to the Company capital construction department employees.

Letters of gratitude were awarded to the staffs which presented the most creative works. OGPC “Kainarmunaygas” (7 works) and OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas” (6 works).

“Embamunaygas” JSC – affiliated company of the “E&P “KazMunayGas” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 -  since the foundation of “Embaneft” trust to develop Dossor and Makat fields.
