MPTSME
Management of production and technical services and marketing equipment (MPTSME) was established in 1972. It engages the provision of cargo handling services (reception, unloading, storage, release-loading) and monitoring of contracts for the supply of goods to the existing three bases.
The Head of MPTSME is Aikhan Kabdulovich Dosniyazov.
