Embamunaigas JSC (hereinafter – EMG or the Company) ended 2023 with good production performance, exceeding the oil production plan and fully realizing the objectives set for the team. The secret of good performance is the employer's primary attention to the management and development of the Company's personnel. New approaches in this area and tasks for 2024 were the focus of a traditional seminar-meeting held on 8-9 February with the participation of employees of the HR and Remuneration Unit of the Company six production divisions. 

- Every employee of Emba, including the human resources department, has a contribution to the successful outcome of production and financial activities in 2023,” said Sabit ARYNOV, General Director of Embamunaigas JSC, in his welcoming speech to the audience. - You fully share the responsibility for competent management of human resources - the main component of our success and one of the priorities of development of the Company.

During the forum the heads of HR Departments of the production structures presented reports and presentations on their work. Beket GUBAIDULLIN, Director of the HR and Remuneration Department, gave a detailed analysis of the results of HR Departments of the EMG for 2023.

- The Company conducts purposeful work to create favourable conditions for maximum realisation of employees' professional potential, - noted Kairat ABENOV,  Deputy General Director for HR and Social Issues of the Company.

During the meeting the successful performance of a number of HR services of the company was noted, and their managers were thanked.

In the second part of the seminar-meeting lecturer Moldir Kamzina conducted trainings on the topics “People Management. Composition of strategic HR management”, “Analysis of HR Policy of the Company”; “Talent management, competence management”. During the sessions, the participants had an opportunity to learn innovative methods of HR management, acquired additional knowledge on motivation and strategies for the development of human resources, and received comprehensive answers to the questions asked.

Embamunaigas JSC – a subsidiary of KazMunaiGas National Company JSC. The official countdown of the history of Embamunaigas JSC has been conducted since 1922 – since the establishment of the Embaneft Trust for the development of the Dossor and Makat fields. The main activities of the company are: geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields; oil and gas production; oil and gas preparation. Embamunaigas JSC consists of 6 production structural divisions in the city of Atyrau and 4 districts of Atyrau region: “Zhaiykmunaigas”, “Dossormunaigas”, “Kaynarmunaigas”, “Zhylyoymunaigas”, Embamunayenergo Management and “Management of Production and Technical Maintenance and Equipment Configuration”. The Company supplies the extracted oil for export and the domestic market. Oil is supplied to the domestic market at the refineries of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Oil is exported via two main routes: through the pipelines of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS). The national operator of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of gas and gas supply JSC NC “Qazaq Gaz” sold the commercial gas.
