At the eve of the professional holiday of oil industry workers of the Republic of Kazakhstna, “Embamunaygas” JSC (EMG or company) has held a ceremonial celebration Накануне профессионального праздника работников нефтегазового сектора Республики of 50th anniversary of oilfield after S.Balgimbayev. The event was participated by the “NC “KazmunayGas” JSC (NC KMG) BoD Deputy Chairman, Kurmnagazy Yeskaziyev, veterans of oil industry, EMG management and citizens of Isatay region.
As part of celebration of the 50th anniversary of the oilfield after S. Balgimbayev, the OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas” workers have commiossioned a number of facilities and organized cultural events.
During the opening ceremony of the canteen for 150 people in the oilfield after S. Balgimbayev, NC KMG Deputy Chairman, Kurmangazy Yeskaziyev, noted that the whole territory of Emba is fully supplied with social facilities, and upgrade activities are performed.
- Today, “Embamunaygas” JSC develops old fields. However, situation in social sphere is being improved, and employees are treated with care. Main value of the company – is You, oil workers! The work will continue on improving social facilities. Time is running. I wish all of you to achieve higher results in the future! – stated Kurmangazy Orynbgazyuly in his congratulation speech.
During the awards ceremony held on central square of the field after S. Balgimbayev, specialists who contributed into establishment and development of Emba oeprations, were awarded with medals from the RoK Ministry of Energy “For contribution into the development of oil and gas sector”, honor diplomas from “NC KazMunayGas” JSC, honor diplomas and letters of gratitude from “Embamunaygas” JSC, and letters of gratitude from Isatay region administration.
During the ceremony, a main office of OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas” was commissioned, and songs contest was held in the House of culture “Zhaiyk. During gala-concert, held at the Central stadium, oblast philharmonic crew after N. Zhanturin and talented Kazakh singers, Kadyrali Bolmanov and Karakat Abildina, performed for the citizens and guests of the region.

On the 4th of August, an opening ceremony of the accommodation facility for 100 people was held at Kenbay field of OGPC “Kainarmunaygas”. And on the 5th of August, a canteen for 50 people was opened at Kisymbay field of OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas”. Best employees were awarded during the ceremony in OGPC “Dossormunaygas”.

Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” trust to develop Dossor and Makat fields.
