Today, on the 5th of September, 2018, a ceremony was held due to the opening of a new canteen with capacity of 50 people at the Kisymbay field of OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas” an operational subdivision of “Embamunaygas” JSC (further EMG or Company), which was dedicated the Oil & Gas industry worker’s day in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Designing of this canteen started in in 2015. The author of this idea was Kurmangazy Yeskaziyev who was Company’s Director. Today it is finally executed and became a good gift for oil workers who wouldn’t have to feel discomfort and stand in long queues. But, we also monitor the service and quality of food carefully. Our main priority is the lives and health of our workers, - said in his congratulations speech the BoD Deputy Chairman, Salimzhan Zhumashevich NAKPAYEV.
Company pays huge attention to the improvement of social conditions for employees. Accommodations for 32 people were built only last year at Akingen field and in Kulsary for OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas”.
Head of Zhylyoi region, Azamat Beket, regional secretary, Mukhtar Kenganov, head of OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas”, Maksot NAUKENOV, trade union chairman, Malik Oryngaliyev, who participated in the meeting, have also congratulated oil workers.
Oil worker who have made significant contribution in social development not only the region and oblast, but also the country, have received their awards. For instance, plumber category 5 of 4th shift of COGP at Aktobe-Dosmukhambetovskoe field, Nurlibek AKHMETOV, was awarded with Honor Diploma from the RoK Ministry of Energy. Maintenance technician, category 5, of maintenance department, Yerbolat MIRMANOV, was awarded with Honor Diploma from “NC “KazMunayGas” JSC, maintenance department amanager, Alibek KARIMBAYEV, - Memorial sign.
During the ceremony, the Honor Diplomas were awarded to the mechanic of oil production and processing unit at Prorva, Kuandyk KURBANOV, operator of Kisymbay CPF oil processing unit, Baizhuma JALGASBAYEV, well sworkover operator in Kulsary, Kudaibergen AMANKOSOV, forklift operator of well workover unit in Kulsary, Talap KERSHUBAYEV, locksmith of equipment repair and maintenance unit #1 “Koschagil”, Yesset KENZHEGALIYEV. Also, Gratitude Letters of the Company were awarded to machinist of special vehicles and transport unit in Kulsary, Marat SALIMGEREEV, machinist of bulldozer of special vehicles and transport unit at Prorva, Zhuma UMIRZAKOV, maintenance unit carpenter at Prorva, Yessengeldy BAITANATOV, locksmith of operational equipment repair and maintenance unit in Kulsary, Akylbek SENGALI, well test operator, Aibek SAGIMBAYEV.
After the line cutting ceremony, guests have visited new social facility.
On the same day, the EMG BoD Deputy Chairman, S.Zh. Nakpayev, has congratulated the stuff of OGPC “Dossormunaygas” during the meeting dedicated to the Oil & gas industry worker’s day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Besides, the head of Makat region, Zhumabay KARAGAYEV and Head of OGPC, Amangeldy SULEIMENOV, have noted a huge contribution into the development of oil and gas complex, long-term labor of Emba workers. An Honor sign from “NC “KazMunaygas” JSC was awarded to Kambar ZHOLAYEV, Zhanibek KULGALIYEV, Berik TANASHEV, Zhanuzak SULTANOV, Malik SALIYEV. Honour Diploma was awarded to Sandibek ADILOV, Yelibay MYRZAGALI, Sisengali AKMURZIYEV, Daniyar BISSENOV, Zhaksybek SARBALIN and others received letters of gratitude.

Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” trust to develop Dossor and Makat fields. Main activity of the company: geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields, oil and gas production, oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of 6 operational structural units in Atyrau and 4 regional units in Atyrau oblast: “Zhaikmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Sales gas sale is performed through the RoK national operator in the sphere of gas and gas supplies – “KazTransGas” JSC. For the last five years, “Embamunaygas” JSC have paid to republican and local budgets around 696 billion of tenge, for sponsorship and charity – 2.3 billions of tenge, for the development of regional infrastructure 2.8 billion of tenge were allocated. “Embamunaygas” JSC performs its activity in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001.
