In the Student’s Palace of Atyrau oil and gas university (further – AOGU) the ceremony of diplomas award has taken place to the graduates of 2018. Traditionally, the ceremony was attended by the representative of Company management in the person of the EMG Operations Deputy Chairman, A.G. Gabdullin, who awarded 20 graduates with labor books with record on first labor profession.
- You are granted with the ticket to great life. I’m sure that the knowledge you have obtained in the university and operational experience obtained at Emba fields would help you in future labor activity. I would like to note that during the implementation of the Dual education program in 2015-2017, 69 students have undergone vocational training at EMG base. Hence, Company contributes into the preparation of qualified specialists for oil and gas industry, - stated in his welcome speech to graduates, A. Gabdullin.
To remind, EMG executes the dual education program for students in cooperation with AOGU and High Technical School APEC Petrotecnic. During current study year, students have undergone the preparation in the specialties like “Oil and gas production operator” and “Well test operator” at operational facilities of oil and gas production enterprises “Kainarmunaygas” and “Zhylyoimunaygas”.
Before being hired to work, students passed special courses on industrial safety and labor protection. They were assigned with mentors out of the best employees of operational units. All costs for accommodation, meals, transportation, PPE and monthly compensation payments are incurred by EMG.

“Embamunaygas” JSC – affiliated company of the “E&P “KazMunayGas” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” trust to develop Dossor and Makat fields. Main activity of the company: geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields, oil and gas production, oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of 6 operational structural units in Atyrau and 4 regional units in Atyrau oblast: “Zhaikmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and to internal market. In the internal market, oil is supplied to oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Export of oil is conducted via two main routes: along Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS) pipelines. Sales gas sale is performed through the RoK national operator in the sphere of gas and gas supplies – “KazTransGas” JSC. For the last five years, “Embamunaygas” JSC have paid to republican and local budgets around 696 billion of tenge, for sponsorship and charity – 2.3 billions of tenge, for the development of regional infrastructure 2.8 billion of tenge were allocated. “Embamunaygas” JSC performs its activity in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001.
