The workshop was participated by senior management and supervisory staff of contractor “KMP EP-Catering” LLP which provides services to EMG on provision of meals to employees at operational facilities, representatives of social policy department and camp dormitory supervisors from each of operational subdivisions (further OS) of the Company.
- Main objective which we pursue during the Forum is the improvement of catering service quality for Emba oil people. I’m sure there should be no issues with stringent requirements set by the company to catering services. The quality should always be at high standard, - noted in his welcome speech, EMG Infrastructure and Services Department Director, Sansyzbay KUMISKALIYEV.
During the forum, participants have discussed current situation and have developed measures on improvement of catering services for Company meployees. In particular, the issues of modernization of catering process and implementation of international standards were considered including KASSP.
In the presentation of the infrastructure and services department specialist, Almaz ZHUMALIYEV the analysis of employees of “KMG EP-Catering” was demonstrated, also issues were considered on personnel preparation, internal training system, labor distribution, flow and explication of buildings and operational process control.
In the second part of the workshop, which was participated by representatives of social development employees, accommodation camp supervisors of OS EMG and infrastructure facilities and services department employees, the perspective plans on improvement of social conditions for oil people and other operational issues.

“Embamunaygas” JSC – affiliated company of the “E&P “KazMunayGas” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” trust to develop Dossor and Makat fields. Main activity of the company: geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields, oil and gas production, oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of 6 operational structural units in Atyrau and 4 regional units in Atyrau oblast: “Zhaikmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and to internal market. In the internal market, oil is supplied to oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Export of oil is conducted via two main routes: along Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS) pipelines. Sales gas sale is performed through the RoK national operator in the sphere of gas and gas supplies – “KazTransGas” JSC. “Embamunaygas” JSC performs its activity in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001.
