Training-Master Classes "Education Day" for employees  was held at  "Embamunaygas" JSC (hereinafter – EMG or company) in Atyrau

On February 26 internal trainers of "KazMunayGas" Exploration Production "JSC  (hereinafter KMG EP) conducted training-master classes for employees of " Embamunaigas " JSC within the framework of ITS project. At the "Education Day" event 9 internal trainers of KMG  EP conducted training-master classes on 12 topics, in particular: D. Taskymbayev "Purchase of quality goods, works and services is a successful step in the implementation of the company's strategy", Zh. Zhakashev "Means of measurement is an integral part of digital production", E. Karimova "Corporate Culture: direction of improvement "," Formula of motivational potential ", A. Konysbayeva "Life hacks from the Financier", Zh. Temirgali "Internal communication", "Observe ethics in the social network", A. Akyn "If I knew how to buy, I would live in the Crimea", E. Sabіkenuly "Sale of oil Products", "Start with Yourself", Zh. Aralbayeva "7 Skills of Highly Effective people",A. Zhaksiyeva "My health is in my hands".

At the opening of the event with the wishes of success to the participants, the Director of the Department of Personnel Management and remuneration EMG G. Sharafetdinova, director of the Department of Personnel Management and remuneration KMG EP, Internal coach E. Karimova told Participants about the project "School of Internal trainers". Business coach I. Valiullov, who conducted the work with participants on the way of ITS project realization, conducted training on the theme: "Continuous development is a response to the demands of the modern world".

On the whole day the event "Education Day" was attended by employees of the Central office of "Embamunaigas" JSC and the production structural units. Director of HR and Remuneration Department of KMG EP, Internal coach E. Karimova noted that "the school of Internal coaches is a great opportunity to improve professional skills, rise to a new level, to establish a versatile specialist, broadening basic knowledge and experience. " We would like to remind that KMG EP launched this project in December 2016. For more than one year participants of the project, employees of KMG EP have been trained on the coach, probation, methodical seminars-meetings, trainings. The special project was supported by KMG EP Director-General K. Yeskhaziyev. HR Department of the company has carried out extensive organizational work during the project implementation. The candidates successfully fulfilled the requirements for becoming a coach and passed the qualifying round. They specifically demonstrated their knowledge gained during the year.

Gulbanu Sharafetdinova,Director of the Department of Personnel Management and remuneration of "Embamunaigas"JSC:

  • Today's Educaton Day is held for the first time at this level. 90 specialists from 4 oil production departments and 2 auxiliary economic structures took part there. Of course, most of them are young. Before that, the internal coaches of KMG EP, sending a video message, asked about the topics conducted on trainings. We showed this video message to workers of all structural units, they expressed their wishes. There are workers who expressed their wishes on this occasion at today's event . Our goal was to develop a system of cognitive thinking specialists, to establish internal communication, to strengthen relationships. The event was held at the proper level.

Kaiyrbek Karazhanov, accountant of  OGPD "Kaynarmunaigaz":

  • Now time does not stand in one place, it moves forward speedily. Therefore, the oilmen should not lag behind the present. At today's training I have concluded that at first turn the person should develop himself. We played different intellectual games, searched for answers to cognitive questions, in a group form offered our ideas on different topics. We thought we'd listen to the report all day. In my opinion, everything was interesting, alive. We also competed in contests of words, thoughts and ideas. We've learned a lot.

Aigerim Talgatovna, Well Research Operator of OGPD "Zhaiykmunaigaz":

  • I got a job in "Embamunaigas" last year on the program of dual education. The practice took place in Zhanatalap field. The system of dual education helped me a lot. Later, when we took the test in Emba, we were almost well prepared. Today I work as a Well Research Operator. Of course, as a young specialist, I participate in this training for the first time. I liked it. I mastered such skills as the ability to express openly my thoughts, to show myself on the good side in the team, to work in a team, to be constantly in search.

Zhazira Malik, Geologist of the South-east deposit Kamysty of  OGDP "Zhaiykmunaigaz":

  • This is the first time I have participated in this training. I was interested in the peculiar direction of the training, the course of the event, different games, situational issues. Attending the training of Zh. Temirgali on topics: "Internal communication", "Respect ethics in the social network", I was convinced that such conclusions as the relationship between management and employees, how to behave, ethics, culture, specificity of information, to be cautious in hectic thoughts are correct or words that I would like to express in the social network. In general, any topic is not annoying, everything went in a very interesting, attractive way.

Maulen Mukhambetaliyev, Operator of oil field Kenbay of  OGDP "Kaynarmunaigaz",:

  • It is gratifying that everything went not in the form of a meeting, but from the very beginning started in the form of question-answer, teamwork, protection of the opinion, ideas, games, discussions. There were various questions and tasks in training Sabіkenuly on the topic: "Sale of oil products". The following issues were raised: where the products will go from the moment of extraction, how it will be sold, with whom the communication will be established, work between colleagues, etc.  Generally all day long from morning till evening we have spent not for nothing, we learned a lot, we have known a lot.
