Response to the appeal regarding Embamunaygas JSC declared during the report of Akim of Atyrau region N.A. Nogayev to the population on February 21, 2018

Regarding the question, raised by Roza Ideyatollakkzyz Nurgalieyva during the report of Akim of Atyrau region N.A. Nogayev to the population on February 21, 2018, we reports that Embamunaigas JSC team organized to crowdfunding and one-day wage transferred to assist the residents of the region whose homes were in a critical condition due to torrential downpour in Atyrau region in 2015 and 2016. The list of affected families was provided by Akimat of Atyrau region. It included families from vulnerable social groups and persons with disabilities. These funds were:

• 4 houses for citizens which families have children with disabilities are thoroughly repaired;
• a new house instead of unsuitable for living, for a lonely pensioner was built;
• a new house for a resident of Atyrau, Gulbagyt KYZYLTASH, instead of the old half - flooded with groundwater was built. In her family there are four children, two of whom suffer from serious diseases: the youngest son - symptomatic epilepsy, motormental retardation, the youngest daughter - diverticulum bladder and congenital heart disease.

In 2017, the staff of the Company did not collect funds for assistance to victims of heavy rains.

Roza Ideyatollakkzyz Nurgalieyva retired from Management of the production maintenance and equipment procurement of Embamunaigas JSC in 2011. Her total work experience is 39 years and 7 months, of which 30 years and 5 months she worked in the oil and gas industry.

The pensioner, R.I. Nurgalieyva annually has free medical treatment in Atyrau sanatorium, a subscription to the newspaper, as well as, together with all the pensioners of the company, she receives financial assistance, according to the Embamunaigas JSC pensioners support program.

According the budget of the Company, funds for housing construction is not provided to pensioners of the Company.

From the moment of transformation into joint - stock company in 2012 till 1.10.2017, the Company has allocated about 2.3 billion tenge for development of regional infrastructure, paid 654 billion tenge in the form of taxes in Republican and local budgets and allocated more than 2 billion tenge - for sponsorship and charity.

Within the framework of subsoil use contracts, the Company annually takes an active part in the regional infrastructure development program. In 2017, EMG allocated 840 million tenge for this purpose.

The following social facilities like a kindergarten for 100 places, 5 duplex houses in Sagyz and Tasshagyl villages of Kyzylkoga district, secondary school named after O. Surgunanova for 300 places in Makat district, additional building to Kulynshak kindergarten and community center for 200 places in Tuschykuduk and Isatay villages of Zhanbay district were completed and put into operation using funds allocated in 2016-2017.

Construction of social facilities continues: a secondary school for 424 children, a kindergarten for 290 children, a first-aid station and 10 houses for public sector workers in villages of Kyzylkoga district, sports and recreation centers for 160 people in Akkistau village, Isatay district.
