By the decision of the Board of Directors of Embamunaigas JSC (hereinafter EMG or the Company) dated January 16, 2020, the authority of the Chairman of the Board Anuar Zhaksybekov Erkinovich, was prematurely terminated due to transfer to another job. Kairzhan Esen was elected as the New Chairman of the Board of Embamunaigas JSC by the same decision.
- Chairman of the Board of JSC “National Company “KazMunayGas” Alik Aidarbayev highly appreciated the work of Anuar Erkinovich in Emba. During his work, the Concept of Development of the Company up to 2027 was adopted within the framework of which the annual production of oil increased by almost 80 thousand tons at mature fields, also a significant increase in oil reserves was ensured. The Company annually brings profit to the shareholder by fulfilling all its obligations to the government and providing a stable social package for the enterprise's employees. A. Zhaksybekov was sent by the national company to the responsible site - a project with participation of foreign investors. I am sure that the extensive experience and professional knowledge of the new head - Kairzhan Esen Kairzhanovich - will help in the implementation of the tasks set by the parent company and will make a significant contribution to the further prosperity of the oil Emba, - said during the meeting with the team Deputy Chairman of the Management Board on production of NC KMG Zhakyp MARABAEV.

“Embamunaygas” JSC is affiliated company of “KazMunayGas Exploration Production” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” Trust for development of the Dossor and Makat fields. The main company profiles are exploration, development of oil and gas fields; oil and gas production; oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of six operational structural units in Atyrau and four regional units in Atyrau Oblast: “Zhaiykmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company, and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and domestic market. For the domestic market, oil is supplied to the oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Sales gas is marketed through the gas and gas supply national operator of the RoK – “KazTransGas” JSC.
