At the headquarters of Embamunaigas JSC (hereinafter-EMG or the Company), the reporting meeting of the Chairman of the Board of EMG A. Zhaksybekov with employees took place. The meeting heard a report "Ob the implementation of the main production indicators of the company for 9 months of 2019 and the upcoming tasks".
The reporting meeting was attended by the company's management, heads of departments and services of the management, production department and social policy department, chief engineers of production and structural units (OPS), heads of trade union organizations of the PB.
- Once again I congratulate you on the 120th anniversary of Kazakhstan's oil. As you know, we celebrated this event at the highest level. The solemn event dedicated to the anniversary was attended by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, who awarded 41 best workers of the oil and gas industry.
Among those who received the valuable award from the hands of the head of state, there are Embamunaygas Employees. This is a great honor for all EMG oil workers and we are glad that the work of oil workers is evaluated at the state level, - said at the beginning of his report, Chairman of the Board of EMG A. Zhaksybekov.
Chairman of the Board A. Zhaksybekov in his report mentioned the results and work on the introduction of new technologies in production and labor protection, the implementation of environmental obligations and performance indicators.
For 9 months of 2019, the volume of EMG production amounted to 2 million 164 thousand 503 tons and thus exceeded the plan by 4 thousand 615 tons. The company carried out the delivery of products with an over-fulfillment of 6 thousand 821 tons.
During the first 9 months of this year, 7 production wells were commissioned (according to the plan, 5 wells), 16 thousand 593 tons of oil were additionally received.
At the reporting meeting was discussed in detail the exploration production EMG, the distribution of the concept "intelligent field" field UAZ (the "Kainarmunaigas") in other deposits (by deposits belonging to NGDU "Zhayikmunaygas", "Zhylyoimunaigas"), transport production, renewal of the vehicle fleet, the continuation of the polymer flooding field Zaburunie (the "Zhayikmunaygas") in the field East Moldabek (the "Kainarmunaigas"), modernization of social infrastructure at the production sites, measures to improve training of specialists, organization of efficient work time oil.
In his report on the work done, the head of the company noted that for the first time in the history of Emba, a horizontal well No. 111 is put into operation at the Vostochny UAZ field. To date, the productivity of a horizontal well has been 8 times that of a vertical one.
In the period from 2015 to 2018, 42 of 117 students combining training and practice under the company's pilot project, the program "dual training", were hired by the company, gaining high scores on the test. To date, 41 students continue to study under this program.
Chairman of the Board of EMG A. Zhaksybekov congratulated the winners of the III stage of the contest of professional skills "Uzdik Maman" among the group of companies NC KazMunayGas, which was held in Almentyevsk of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the meeting with the team, shortcomings in the work were noted, specific instructions were given to the responsible specialists, plans for the upcoming period were worked out, and answers to the questions asked from the audience were given.
