From 30 of August to 4 of September, the III stage of professional arts contest “Best in profession” in the of “NC “KazMunayGas” JSC (further – NC KMG) group of companies took place in Almetievsk city of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the contest between oil people within the parent company, Emba oilman took prize-winning places in 5 nominations.
By the way, 18 oilman – the winners of the II stage of the contest which took place ealier within EMG at the field after S. Balgimbayev of OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas”, have participated from “Embamunaygas” JSC (further – EMG or Company).
- In the beginning of September, we have celebrated the 120th anniversary of Kazakhstani oil, the history of which started in the end of 19th century at Emba fields. For almost one hundred years history of the Company, Emba oil people have made a huge contribution in to social and economic development of the country and the region. On behalf of our huge staff, let me thank you for your professionalism at such a high level which you have proven once more again, - noted in his welcome speech during the meeting with contest winners, EMG Chairman, Anuar ZHAKSYBEKOV.
The Gold for the excellent knowledge of the theory and practical experience went to the process units operator from crew #1 of oil and gas production facility Karsak of OGPC “Dossormunaygas”, Assylbek KUSHEKENOV, and electrician of electrical equipment maintenance of ESR “Zhaiyk» of “Embamunayenergo” enterprise, Alibek TULEPOV.
The Silver went to oil and gas production operator of Kenbay shop of OGPC “Kainarmunaygas”, Yerbolat ZHUMAGALIYEV, and reservoir pressure maintenance operator of COGP Kenbay, Bereket YELEULIYEV. Honorable Bronze was taken by the operator of oil processing and transportation facility of OGPC “Kainarmunaygas” , Arslan JIENALIYEV and his assistant Azamat JUMASHEV.
During the meeting, the human resources department director of EMG, Gulbanu SHARAFETDINOVA, noted that oilman from 26 affiliated companies of NC KMG have contested for the title of the ebst specialists. Now, Emba people, who have proven their status of best oil people in the group of companies, in accordance with the Company employees awards policy, will be provided by the allowances to their salaries within the year in size of 30% for I place, 20% for the II place, and 10% for the III place.
As part the ceremony of honoring the winners, the medal from the RoK Ministry of Energy “For the contribution in to the development of oil and gas sector of Kazakhstan” dedicated to the 120th anniversary of Kazakhstani oil, was awarded to Chief engineer of OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas”, Kainar KODANOV.

“Embamunaygas” JSC is affiliated company of “KazMunayGas Exploration Production” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” Trust for development of the Dossor and Makat fields. The main company profiles are exploration, development of oil and gas fields; oil and gas production; oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of six operational structural units in Atyrau and four regional units in Atyrau Oblast: “Zhaiykmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company, and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Starting October 1, 2012 to 2018, Embamunaygas JSC sent over 897 billion tenge for the payment of taxes to the republican and local budgets, more than 4.3 billion tenge was allocated for the development of regional infrastructure.
