On the 3rd of May, at South-Eastern Kamyshytovo field of OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas” of “Embamunaygas” SCJ (further – EMG or Company), during the ceremonial event the opening of new garage parking for 10 special vehicles took place. The opening ceremony was participated by the company management, veterans of oil industry and administration stuff.
- Creation of safe and comfortable conditions for labor and leisure of our employees is one of the priority tasks of our Company. As part of its execution, for the last 5 years there was a number of operational and social facilities built and commissioned, including the accommodation for 30 people at South-Eastern Kamyshytovo field, canteen for 50 people at Zhanatalap field and for 150 people at the field after S. Balgimbayev. In 2018, the construction of garage-box was completed for the repairs of workover rigs for 3 units at the field after S. Balgimbayev, and soon it is expected to commission one more garage parking for 24 vehicles. All new garages are equipped with covered warm parking lots, equipped with maintenance and repair facilities, auxiliary shops of vulcanization and accumulator shops. Due to technical equipment of new garages, drivers, machinists and service personnel labor will ease significantly, and also the quality will increase and maintenance and repair time will reduce, - noted in his welcome speech, the EMG BoD Chairman, Anuar ZHAKSYBEKOV.
Based on the comments of the Company Head, another actual objective for EMG, which has its fields located in 4 regions of Atyrau oblast, is the improvement of quality of inter fields and infield roads. For the last 5 years, a large scale activity was performed in OGPC “ZHaiykmunaygas” in this direction: built and commissioned roads connecting fields S. Balgimabeyv – South-Eastern Kamyshytovo (length – 17,541 km), South-Eastern Kamyshytovo – South-Eastern Novobogatinskoe (length - 14,573 km), South-Western Kamyshytovo – South-Eastern Kamyshytovo (lentgh 13,9 km). Design documentation was developed in 2018 for construction of infield roads at the field after S. Balgimbayev. Currently, design activities are ongoing for construction of infield roads at South-Western Kamyshytovo and Zhanatalap fields.
The veteran of oil industry, the laureate of State Award, Kurmet Tuleushov, did not hide his joy for his own company:
- Difficulties we faced in the past stayed in the past. Instead of iron container where we had meals, we have comfortable and spacious canteens. Production is being upgraded with new oilfield equipment, new production facilities are built, 70% of transport is upgrade. Today, Emba oil people are provided with all conditions for comfortable work, - shared his impressions the veteran.
After the opening ceremony of new facility, an excursion took place inside the garage where the BoD Chairman, A. Zhaksybekov, has answered all questions from veterans.
The event continued with festive banquet and concert program.

“Embamunaygas” JSC is affiliated company of “KazMunayGas Exploration Production” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” Trust for development of the Dossor and Makat fields. The main company profiles are exploration, development of oil and gas fields; oil and gas production; oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of six operational structural units in Atyrau and four regional units in Atyrau Oblast: “Zhaiykmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company, and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”.
