On the 21 of December, the II – Conference of female club “Munaishy kyz” has been held which united beautiful part of “Embamunaygas” JSC (Further- EMG or Company) huge stuff. More than 70 female colleagues of management block and operational units of the Company have participated in the concluding meeting of passing year. During the meeting, the club members discussed the results of 2018 activity and determined directions for further work of female association.
- When creating female club, we pursued a goal of uniting and supporting female colleagues of our Company, by providing them with additional opportunities for career and personal growth. At the same time, huge attention is given by the club to health care, improvement of family values and children’s education and growth because the responsibility for future generation lies on the fragile shoulders of our woman. In this directions, during this year a number of projects was executed which were warmly supported by female stuff of Emba, - noted Deputy Chairman on economics and finance of EMG, Rysty TASMAGAMBETOVA.
Since the creation of female club in March 2018, trainings on personal development and prevention of cancer deceases have held in all structural units of the Company where all female stuff of all rotational positions of the Company participated.
During the conference, speakers – club members with help of multimedia materials have shared their impressions and knowledge obtained during trainings. Also, club discussed strategic directions of work for upcoming years.
During unofficial part of event, the most active female members of the club have performed with art program and the presentation of “Preobrazhenie” project has held, where invited make-up and fashion specialists shared their secrets and other beauty tips.

“Embamunaygas” JSC – affiliated company of the “E&P “KazMunayGas” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” trust to develop Dossor and Makat fields. Main activity of the company: geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields, oil and gas production, oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of 6 operational structural units in Atyrau and 4 regional units in Atyrau oblast: “Zhaikmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and to internal market. In the internal market, oil is supplied to oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Export of oil is conducted via two main routes: along Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS) pipelines. Sales gas sale is performed through the RoK national operator in the sphere of gas and gas supplies – “KazTransGas” JSC. From October 1, 2012 to 11 months of 2018, “Embamunaygas” JSC have paid to republican and local budgets around 873 billion of tenge, for the development of regional infrastructure 4,3 billion of tenge were allocated. “Embamunaygas” JSC performs its activity in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001.
