Human resources has set perspective plans

The results of passing year and plans for 2019 have been discussed by HR specialists of “Embamunaygas” JSC (further EMG or Company) during the traditional annual Forum on personnel management and reward (further Forum).

The event was attended by the BoD Chairman of EMG, A.Y. Zhaksybekov, management and HR staff of management block and all operational structural units (further OSU) of the Company.

- Annualy, as part of this forum, we all together with HR personnel discuss issues faced by the Company and set perspective plans. Next decrease of oil price and upcoming entering of parents companies to IPO set new objectives. I thank HR section for effective work during this year and am confident that by putting common efforts we will fulfill with new objectives, - answered in his welcome speech Anuar Zhaksybekov.

During the event, HR department manages have summarized the outcomes of 2018. The information on training and development of personnel, personnel administration, qualitative and quantitative head count, labor payment data were presented. Separate attention was given to the projects execution in labor compensation and reward, results of dual training, earlier retirement process, etc.

Personnel administration and compensation department director of EMG, Gulbanu SHARAFETDINOVA, has told the forum participants on execution status of “Functional strategy in personnel administration and compensation for 2017-2027” as part of the Development Concept adopted by the Company in April this year for ten years period.

In the end of the Forum the summary of HR reports was made, and the best HR workers have received EMG diplomas from Company management.

Among awarded were – payroll section manager of personnel administration and compensation department, Gulshat Sarekenova, deputy manager of personnel administration and compensation department of OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas”, Aliya Talpakova, personnel development engineer of personnel administration and compensation department of OGPC “Dossormunaygas”, Nurgul Nurgaliyeva, personnel development engineer of personnel administration and compensation department of OGPC “Kainarmunaygas”, Yestay Mmabetov, 2 category specialist of personnel administration and compensation department of “Embamunayenergo”, Raikhan Balgimbayeva.

“Embamunaygas” JSC – affiliated company of the “E&P “KazMunayGas” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 -  since the foundation of “Embaneft” trust to develop Dossor and Makat fields.
