II meeting of company management and entrepreneurs has been held in the EMG headquarters В with the support of Entrepreneurs Chmaber of Atyrau region.
The meeting was attended by the Director of Atyrau Entrepreneurs Chamber, Abdolla Idressov, entrepreneurs and the managers of Company operational units.
- Development of entrepreneurs society has a significant value for the economics of our country. Therefore, Company has become an initiator of organizing regular meetings with local entrepreneurs. I hope that the results of today’s constructive dialogue will be the participation of trustworthy suppliers in the procurement – local manufacturers and fabricators which are in step with time, implement new technologies and guarantee the quality of their goods and services, – stated the EMG BoD Chairman, Anuar Zhaksybekov.
Then, the Company specialist made a presentation where clarifications were shown on GWS procurement rules of “National welfare fund “Samruk-Kazyna” which EMG is guided by in its procurement process. During the meeting, entrepreneurs had opportunity to obtain answers from the managers and specialists of Company commercial department.
Around 160 national goods manufacturers operate in Atyrau region whose development directly depends on the participation in state procurement and procurement of quasi-public sector. For the “Atameken” National entrepreneur’s chamber, the increase of local content share is one of priorities of their activity. Entrepreneurs in turn must also be pro-active. For example, such meetings are very useful for business. Here they can have face-to-face meetings with the management of large companies – customers, to learn changes and innovations in procurement processes. “Embamunaygas” JSC – affiliated company of the “E&P “KazMunayGas” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” trust to develop Dossor and Makat fields. Main activity of the company: geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields, oil and gas production, oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of 6 operational structural units in Atyrau and 4 regional units in Atyrau oblast: “Zhaikmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and to internal market. In the internal market, oil is supplied to oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Export of oil is conducted via two main routes: along Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS) pipelines. Sales gas sale is performed through the RoK national operator in the sphere of gas and gas supplies – “KazTransGas” JSC. For the last five years, “Embamunaygas” JSC have paid to republican and local budgets around 696 billion of tenge, for sponsorship and charity – 2.3 billions of tenge, for the development of regional infrastructure 2.8 billion of tenge were allocated. “Embamunaygas” JSC performs its activity in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001.
