On the 13th of July, in CH “Kurmangazy”, during the ceremony of diplomas awards to graduates of Apec Petrotechnic, the EMG BoD Chairman, Anuar ZHAKSYBEKOV, has awarded labor books to 5 graduates of dual education in working specialty. 2 more graduates who studied by special EMG scholarship program were invited for work in the Company.
- Implementation of the program on dual education has started in 2015 as per the initiative of former Head of the Company – EMG General Director – Kurmangazy ISKAZIYEV. Annually throughout several months, students study working specialty at existing operations, live closely with other oilmen. Therefore, they have the advantage in front of other graduates. Because along with diploma they receive labor books with record of their first labor activity and on the job training, - noted A. Zhaksybekov.
For three years of successful implementation of the Program on dual education at operational facilities, EMG has prepared 69 students 20 of which are students of Apec Petrotechnic. To remind, all students prior to starting dual education at Company facilities, undergo special training on industrial safety and labor protection. All expenses for accommodation, meals, transportation, PPE and monthly compensations are incurred by EMG.
Scholarship program based on which EMG has taken the obligation on payment of education for 5 students which had students from socially sensitive population has started in 2015. Main condition for the payment of education was good study results.

“Embamunaygas” JSC – affiliated company of the “E&P “KazMunayGas” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” trust to develop Dossor and Makat fields. Main activity of the company: geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields, oil and gas production, oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of 6 operational structural units in Atyrau and 4 regional units in Atyrau oblast: “Zhaikmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and to internal market. In the internal market, oil is supplied to oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Export of oil is conducted via two main routes: along Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS) pipelines. Sales gas sale is performed through the RoK national operator in the sphere of gas and gas supplies – “KazTransGas” JSC. For the last five years, “Embamunaygas” JSC have paid to republican and local budgets around 696 billion of tenge, for sponsorship and charity – 2.3 billions of tenge, for the development of regional infrastructure 2.8 billion of tenge were allocated. “Embamunaygas” JSC performs its activity in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001.
