On the same day, an award ceremony of diplomas to graduates of 2018 was held. On behalf of the whole stuff of “Embamunaygas” JSC, graduates were greeted by the BoD Chairman, Anuar Yerkinovich ZHAKSYBEKOV.
As socially responsible subsoil user, “Embamunaygas” JSC conducts long and productive cooperation with Kazakh-British Technical University. As part of execution of contractual obligations in preparation of Kazakhstani specialists, Company has sponsored the education of over 100 university students in 2012-2017. During the operational internship and organization of diploma work for students, in 2012-2018 over 150 students have undergone on job training at Emba fields. As part of pilot project “Dual education”, 20 students from KBTU in 2016 have undergone operational internship and on job training in “Well test operator” program.
To remind that “Embamunaygas” JSC was a pioneer in implementation of dual education system at its operational locations. Students selected on the basis of the their study results, undergo operational internship and on job training in the following professions: well test operator, process operator, oil and gas production operator, desalting and dehydration unit operator. Total during the implementation of project, from 2015 to 2017, at OGPC “Embamunaygas” JSC dual education was provided for 69 trainees where 16 out of them were hired by the company.
