Reminder: EMG Development Concept 2027 was approved by the Company Board of Directors in April of current year.
- A huge work was performed throughout the year on developing program document for the Company which comprised of different development scenarios for EMG for the next 10 years, financial and economic model was developed, fuinctional strategies on personnel development, HSE and operational automation were endorsed. Now, top management faces clear tasks the fulfillment of which would ensure stable development for the Company in the next years, - stated during the meeting the EMG BoD Chairman, Anuar ZHAKSYBEKOV.
Managing Director on perspective development of EMG, Alikhan BAIDUSENOV, has clarified during the meeting the factors which made it necessary to accept the Concept, and emphasized the importance of personal contribution of each employee in achievement of goals and objectives specified in the Company’s program document. As per A. Baidusenov, similar meetings will be organized with the stuffs in all 6 operational units of EMG as part of Concept clarification campaign.
EMG Deputy Director on perspective development, Anuarbek KARIMOV, told about long-term plans and possible perspectives of the Company, ambitions and expectations. His presentation contained several potential scenarios of EMG development, current and forecasted production profile, and identified key development projects in: geological exploration, gas and power projects, oil production enhancement projects, operational automation projects, infrastructure and oil service development.
The report was also presented during the meeting with the summary of implementation results of the project on systematization of business processes in the Company. Business processes standardization and optimization department manager of perspective development department, Muratbek KURIMOV demonstrated a summary analysis of business processes in EMG, and also told about additional tools to improve internal processes in the Company.
- Structuration of business processes would ensure the quality of implementation of set tasks and successful execution of the Concept, - stated A. Zhaksybekov in his positive assessment of the activity of perspective development department.

“Embamunaygas” JSC – affiliated company of the “E&P “KazMunayGas” JSC. Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” trust to develop Dossor and Makat fields. Main activity of the company: geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields, oil and gas production, oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of 6 operational structural units in Atyrau and 4 regional units in Atyrau oblast: “Zhaikmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”. Company supplies produced oil for export and to internal market. In the internal market, oil is supplied to oil processing plants in Kazakhstan. Export of oil is conducted via two main routes: along Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Uzen-Atyrau-Samara (UAS) pipelines. Sales gas sale is performed through the RoK national operator in the sphere of gas and gas supplies – “KazTransGas” JSC. For the last five years, “Embamunaygas” JSC have paid to republican and local budgets around 696 billion of tenge, for sponsorship and charity – 2.3 billions of tenge, for the development of regional infrastructure 2.8 billion of tenge were allocated. “Embamunaygas” JSC performs its activity in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001.
