From 06 to 08 of June, 2018, in the “Caspii Samaly” accommodation camp of OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas” the sports contest has taken place among the employees of operational units (further OU) of EMG. Final stage of the contest in the NC KMG group of companies will take place in July this year, and will be dedicated to the Oilmen’s Day of the oil and gas sector.
Over 100 OU employees have participated in the qualifying stage. Main stages were conducted in the big sports hall of the accommodation camp.
During honest and excitable sport battle, the winners were:
- Basketball among man: first place was taken by the OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas” team, second place by OGPC “Kainarmunaygas” and third place by management team of “Embamunayenergo”;
- Volleyball among man: first place was taken by OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas” team, second by “Dossormunaygas” OGPC, and third place by OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas”;
- Volleyball among women: first place was taken by OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas” team, second place by OGPC “Dossormunaygas”, third place by OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas”;
- Table tennis among man: first place was taken by Arslan Jinaliyev from OGPC “Kainarmunaygas”, second place by Samat Yeskarayev from OGPC “Dossormunaygas”, and third palce by Serik Umarov from OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas”.
- Table tennis among women: first place was taken by Tamara Sabirova from OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas”, second place by Svetlana Oryntayeva from OGPC “Dossormunaygas”, third place by Gulzhaina Gumargaliyeva from OGPC “Kainarmunaygas”.
- Chess among man: first place was taken by Bilimpaz Kabdolov from OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas”, second place by Gabiden Shankanov from OGPC “Kainarmunaygas” and third place by Syrym Muratov from OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas”.
- Chess among women: first place was taken by Akmaral Usaliyeva from OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas”, second place by Gulshat Zhumagaliyeva from OGPC “Dossormunaygas”, and third place by Mugilsin Moldabayeva from OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas”;
- Togyz kumalak among man: first place was taken by Turar Yestekov from UPTO, second place by Rakhimzhan Temirov from OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas” and third place by Mereke Sarin from OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas”.
- Togyz kumalak among women: first place was taken by Ainur Mendybai from OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas”, second place by Ainur Aimakova from OGPC “Dossormunaygas” and third place by Gulzira Aldashbekova from OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas”.
- Arm wrestling (up to 80 kg): first place was taken by Berik Kaleshev from OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas”, second place by Shakarim Kylyshniyazuly from OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas” and third place by Altynbek Azhigul from OGPC “Dossormunaygas”.
- Arm wrestling (above 80 kg): first place was taken by Anuarbek Dyussemaliyev from OGPC “Zhylyoimunaygas”, second place by Arman Sagadayev from OGPC “Zhaiykmunaygas” and third place by Daniyar Kalabayev from OGPC “Dossormunaygas”.

Officially, the foundation of “Embamunaygas” JSC start from 1922 - since the foundation of “Embaneft” trust to develop Dossor and Makat fields. Main activity of the company: geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields, oil and gas production, oil and gas processing. “Embamunaygas” JSC consists of 6 operational structural units in Atyrau and 4 regional units in Atyrau oblast: “Zhaikmunaygas”, “Dossormunaygas”, “Kainarmunaygas”, “Zhylyoimunaygas”, “Embamunayenergo” company and “Equipment technical maintenance and warehouse management”.
