From 27 to 28 March 2018 the Chairman of the Board of Embamunaigas JSC A. E. Zhaksybekov visited the production facilities of the structural unit - «Zhylyoimunaigas» oil and gas production department (hereinafter OGPD).
The first working day of the trip began with a mandatory instruction on safety and familiarization with the activities of the Operational Equipment Rent and Repair Shop in Kulsary. Then the facilities were exanimated like oil and gas production shops wellservice shops, the machinery and vehicle fleet, heating, gas and water supply area, research shop and warehouse.
After the inspection of the Akingen field, the Chairman of the Board visited the Karashungul Ata memorial complex during which A. Zhaksybekov instructed to carry out restoration work in order to preserve the historical monument, which is of great importance for the Company and the entire Kazakhstan oil industry.
The business trip continued with a visit to the Akkuduk, Kisimbay, Dosmukhambetov, Aktobe, Nurzhanov and Western Prorva fields. At each of the production facilities, the head of EMG met with employees of the shops. During the informal discussions with the oilmen, industrial and social issues were discussed.
In the second day of the business trip, the inspection of the facilities of Associated petroleum gas treatment plant at the Prorva cluster of fields, the production maintenance base, special equipment and vehicle fleet, and the fire service. Then A. Zhaksybekov got acquainted with the living conditions of workers in the Kaspiy Samaly rotational camp, having visited rest rooms, canteen, museum and medical office.
At the end of the visit, an extended meeting was held in the hall of the rotational camp to discuss the results of the activities and future plans of the production activities of «Zhylyoimunaigas» oil and gas production department.

Embamunaigas JSC is a subsidiary of KazMunaiGas Exploration Production JSC. The official history of Embamunaigas JSC starts since 1922 – since the creation of Embaneft Group for the development of Dossor and Makat fields. The main activities of the company: geological exploration, development of oil and gas fields; oil and gas production; oil and gas treatment. The gas is sold through the national operator of Kazakhstan in the field of gas and gas supply - KazTransGas JSC. Over the past four years, Embamunaigas JSC has transferred more than 625 billion tenge of which about 81 billion – in 2016 in the form of taxes to the national and local budgets.
